Ingredients

4 Boneless chicken breasts
16 ounce Salsa
2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste
2 can (12 oz) Corn undrained
15 ounce can Pinto beans undrained

Preparation

Combine all in crock pot EXCEPT for corn and pinto beans. Cook on low 6-8 hrs. For last hour, shred chicken and add corn and beans. Mix cornbread with ingredients listed on box. Pour into a greased muffin tin. Bake as directed.
