Holiday Breakfast Casserole

A great fix-a-head meal that is looked forward to by the Enata's on Christmas morning.

Ingredients


Preparation

Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Line the bottom with 1/2 of the bread slices - buttered side down. Combine ham and cheeses - spread evenly over the bread layer. Top with remaining bread slices - buttered side up. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and pepper - pour evenly over the bread. Cover and refrigerate over night. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cornflakes and butter - spread evenly over casserole. Bake for 1 hour. Let set 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

I make breakfast casseroles for a men's prayer breakfast and have made allot of them and this one seems to be there favorite one. It is really good and tasty and very easy to make. I would recommend it for any group or gathering. it will be a big hit for most people.
