- 420 mls Warm Water
- 1 tsp Salt (Sea)
- 1 tsp Sweetener or raw sugar
- 2 tbs Olive Oil
- 2 tbs Soya Flour
- 2 tbs Skim Milk Powder
- 1.75 Cups White Flour
- 2.75 Cups Wholemeal Flour
- .75 bunch of whole grains and Seeds of your choice)
- 3 tbs Gluten Flour
- 2 tsp Dried Yeast

This recipe is designed for a bread maker so if baking by hand just make sure the mix is very moist.
