Ingredients
Salad:
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Cream Cheese Topping:
Preparation
Salad:
Mix jello & water; add other ingredients. Pour into 8 x 8 glass dish. Put in refrigerator to congeal.
Cream Cheese Topping:
Mix all together until smooth & spread over congealed salad. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
