Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 min.
Wisk together the oil, oregano, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic in bowl.
Place pork cubes in plastic bag, add marinade made in previous step and shake to coat. Refrigerate at least 30 min or up to 12 hours.
Preheat grill or grill pan on high.
Remove pork from marinade and skewers from water, and thread 4 or 5 pieces of the pork on each skewer.
Place skewers on grill with end of skewer hanging off away from fire for ease of turning. Grill 4 or 5 minutes each side. Enjoy!
