Argentinian Beef and Bean Delight

This is a wonderful one pot wonder. Excellent for making in larger quantities if you have a light cooking week but need to eat something really tasty.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
3 large onions chopped coarse
2 green bell peppers diced coarse
1 tsp salt
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/3 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp+ cayenne pepper to taste
3 lg garlic cloves crushed
1 can red kidney beans drained (reserve the liquid)
1 can hominy
1 can garbanzo beans

Preparation

In a large skillet over medium heat brown the beef, add onions, green pepper. Saute until veggies are tender. Stir in all seasonings, beans and hominy. Simmer uncovered, adding reserve while stirring. Simmer 15+ minutes.
