Slice 1 roll of cookie dough and place in 9 x 13 pan and mash together, covering the bottom. Mix well: cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla and pour over cookies. Slice remaining roll of cookies and place on top of cream cheese mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 45-60. Slice and serve.
