Creamy Kootaf Curry Chicken and Rice

This is a thick creamy curry chicken sauce served over rice and enhanced with a variety of toppings.

Ingredients

Toppings: Diced Tomatoes, Peanuts, Relish, Diced B


Preparation

Cook chicken and dice.

Place in saucepan; butter, curry powder, onion and apple.

Stir together over medium heat until tender (about 5 mins)

Mix flour and milk until smooth and add to onion and apple mixture

Stir together over low heat until thick and creamy

Add cream, salt, and lemon

Add Cooked chicken.

Heat for 2 minutes

Serve in a nest of hot rice.

Top with diced tomatoes, peanuts, relish, bananas, raisins, and/or coconut.
