Peal prawns use a cheese grater to get lemon zest (shavings from the lemon peal.) Chop garlic fine. splash of olive oil add lemon zest teaspoon of cavenders greek seasoning mix all that with the prawns. Then cut bacon slices in half and wrap bacon around the prawns. In a broiler pan bake in the oven at 350 for 25 minutes or until bacon browns. After the oven put the prawns on a plate, use the rest of the lemon, squeeze juice over prawns and serve.
