Put mozarella, parmessan, alfredo sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in large sauce pan. Heat on low (about 1 1/2 temp setting), stiffing occassionally to prevent burning. When mixture is well melted, fold in spinach and artichoke into the mixture. Continue to simmer, stirring occassionally, until mixture is no longer thick. Serve as dip with toasted garlic bread or chips.
NOTE: Artichoke hearts can be hard to find shredded or sliced. Buy a can of extra small hearts and shred by hand. You can substitute 1 tablespoon minced garlic with 1/4 tablespoon garlic powder.
