Boil eggs, then pour cold water to cool them off, clean them, and place in fridge. Boil potatoes, carrots, cool off. Skin them, cut in cubes. Cut bologna in cubes and slightly fry for taste. Can substitute with chicken. Cut cucumbers, pickles, eggs, and chop onion finely. Mix all, add salt, pepper, mayo and frache cream (sour cream to substitute). Don't make it too mushy, but not too dry...
i like to decorate it with some italian parseley and a rose cut out of tomato:)
