Ingredients


Preparation

coombine tomatoes, basil, chopped onion and vinegar; set aside. Pre-heat skillet over medium heat. Brush one side of a tortilla and place oiled side down. Spread 8 slices of salami on tortilla, sprea half of tomato mixture over salami, then top with 3 slices of the mozzarella. Place second tortilla on top and repeat the layer with the remaining ingredients. Top with the last tortilla and brush with olive oil. Place quesadilla in skillet and brown bottom tortilla, carefully flip and repeat. Remove from skillet, cut into 4 pieces and serve immediately.
