Flavorful chicken mixture fills crispy wonton cups for an easy appetizer.
Preheat oven to 425?. Put chestnuts, sliced green onions, carrott, gingerroot, chicken, soy sauce, egg white, mayonaise, and garlic in 2 qt mixing bowl and mix well.
Place 12 wonton wrappers on large cutting board. Lightly brush edges of each wonton with water. Using small scoop, place mound of filling onto each wonton. Shape and seal as desired. Place on baking stone and spray with olive oil. Bake 12-15 minutes or until edges are golder brown.
Dipping Sauce:
Place jelly in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 30-40 seconds or until warm; add vinegar and soy sauce. Whisk until blended.
