Healthy natural muesli

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Triticale flakes
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 cups rolled barley
  • 1 cup fine oat bran
  • 1/2 cup pepitas (pumpkin seed)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup currants
  • 1 cup sultanas
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup chopped dried apple
  • 1 cup chopped dried apricot
  • 1/2 cup psyllium husk
  • 1/4 cup ground linseed

Preparation

Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Serve with yogurt, skim milk or soy milk and fresh fuit
