Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Triticale flakes
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3 cups rolled barley
- 1 cup fine oat bran
- 1/2 cup pepitas (pumpkin seed)
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup currants
- 1 cup sultanas
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup chopped dried apple
- 1 cup chopped dried apricot
- 1/2 cup psyllium husk
- 1/4 cup ground linseed
Preparation
Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Serve with yogurt, skim milk or soy milk and fresh fuit
