Marinate the chicken in the oil, lime juice, and sage for at least an hour.
Cook chicken in a nonstick pan.
After the chicken is almost cooked through add the splenda a little at a time. This will caramelize with the oil and lime juice differently than sugar. Cook until done. Before you add more splenda taste it and see if it needs more. Do the same with the lime juice. If you burn it don't worry it tastes good burnt too;) I serve it over rice.
Sorry it's not a more scientific recipe but I just watched Momma and tried to figure out what she did.
