This is an easy potluck recipe & even better the second day! Great to freeze for later too.

Brown meat & onion in non-stick skillet. Combine all ingredients (except macaroni) in large stock pan. Sauce should simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Meanwhile bring a large pan of water to a boil and cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain & add to the sauce. Stir.

This is NOT german goulash!!!!! German goulash is made with beef, not ground beef... it also does not have tomato sauce or tomato soup in it!!! This is the AMERICAN version of goulash!!!!!
