Phyllis' Mandarine Orange Jello Mold

Ingredients


Preparation

Boil 2 cups water. Add both boxes of jello. Stir well.

Melt orange sherbet into jello water mixture.

Add juice from cans of mandarine oranges

Spray teflon bunt pan with cooking spray

Pour mixture into pan

Evenly add mandarine oranges

Add more water if needed to fill pan (stir gingerly into mixture)

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (or at least 8 hours)

Slightly cut around edge of pan to help release from mold. Turn over carefully onto large plate.

Mix a teaspoon or two of cherry juice into sour cream. Put sour cream in center of mold.
