Ingredients
- 5 bag Russer Potatoes- Boiled and peeled
- 2 jars BEST mayonaise
- 1 stalk celery- chopped
- 1 bunch radishes- chopped
- 1 can medium pitted olives- sliced
- 1 large eggs- hard boiled
- 1 pickles- chopped or relish
- 1 mustard
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients adding Mayo a little at a time; exceot for eggs. Once the taste f the potato salad is right fold in the sliced hard noiled eggs.
Refrigerate
Makes enough to fill a large tupperware bowl
