Beef Goulash

Ingredients


Preparation

1. Place oil in 1 1/2 quart microwaveable dish. and cook at 100% power 1 minute.

2. Add onions & garlic. Cook at 100% power 3 minutes. Add beef cubes, paprika, thyme, marjoram and salt. Stir well. Cover loosely and cook at 100% power for 3 minutes.

3. Add 1 cup stock/broth, Bell pepper, tomato paste, parsley, bay leaf and caraway seeds to meat. Stir well. Re-cover and cook at 100% power 5 minutes.

4. Reduce power to 50% and cook 25-30 minutes longer or until meat is tender, stirring 30r 4 times. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
