DIRECTIONS
1. Brown ground beef with onion in large nonstick skillet overmedium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is not pink, breaking beef up intosmall crumbles. Pour off drippings.
2. Stir in barbecue sauce, chili powder,salt and pepper; heat through. Serve in buns with cheese and bellpepper.
Makes 4 servings.
