Ingredients
- 1/2 k mince/ground pork
- 1 x2 eggs
- 1 x1 small onion chopped
- 1 x2 cloves of garlic-minced & chopped
- 1 x3 stems of spring onion chop into small pieces
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 a pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp of caster sugar
- 1 tsp powder beef broth
- 1 oil for deep frying
- 1 packet of spring roll wrapper (50 pcs)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients into a small bowl except oil and wrappers.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Spoon atleast 1 tbsp of the mixture on one end of each wrapper and roll tightly like a cigarette.
Seal ends of wrappers with water.
Deep fry till brown on both sides and drain spring rolls using a paper towel.
Serve with steam rice, sweet and sour sauce.
