Pour lemon juice over the chicken and add warm water. Wash thoroughly. Remove chicken from water and place in a clean dish. Season chicken with black pepper, salt, paprika, garlic, season salt and Lea & Perrins. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. In a pot, heat oil. When oil is heated, add chicken. Cook until brown on one side then turn over and brown the other side. When all the chicken pieces have been browned, add onion, bell pepper, tomato paste, water and marinade. Let simmer for 20-25 minutes covered, stirring occasionaly until liquid becomes gravy like consistancy.
