3 Cheese Enchiladas

Cheesy dish was a staple during my college years. Good served with sauteed green and red peppers and onions.

Ingredients


Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 4 ingredients. Spoon in shells, put thin layer of salsa over each shell, and bake for 20 minutes. Spoon salsa over wrapped and filled shells.
