Ingredients
- 2.5 cups flour
- .5 cups whole wheat flour
- .25 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon table salt
- 1.5 cups lukewarm water
Preparation
Mix all ingredients with large spoon. Cover and let sit 12-20 hours. Dump out on floured surface, then wet hands. Fold over dough to make taught surface. Put back into bowel inside floured towel; cover and let rest 2 hours.
Thirty minutes before resting period ends, but oven-safe pan and cover into oven at 450 degrees. Once oven preheats and pan reaches temperate, take out and rub butter on bottom of pan. Put dough into pan, cover at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Then bake uncovered for additional 20 minutes.
