Ingredients


Preparation

Place the 1/2 cup of evaporate milk in mixing bowl and place in freezer until ice crystals begin to form(20-30 mintues). Begin whipping milk with eletric mixer add sugar, vinegar, and garlic powder. Whip for about 2 minutes. Then place in freezer until very thick stirring twice (about 10 minutes); then place in fridge best used up same day or next day.

Does become very thick when made properly, add sugar, vinegar and garlic powder before the milk becomes whipped,

also make sure ice is beginning to form in the milk before you remove the milk from the freezer. [I posted this recipe.]
