Ingredients

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour ( I used the Pam for Baking and it worked great) pan; set aside. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat on medium speed, 3 minutes, scraping bowl often. Pour batter into prepaired pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

You can do a lot with this recipe, let it cool and ice it, make a sauce to go over the top. Bake it in a special pan (thats what I did). It is easy to make and comes out very nicely.

Reminds me of Grandma's House! This bread has the perfect combination of molasses and spices. I gave out loaves as Christmas gifts and served to friends and family over the holiday's. Cut out gingerbread men from brown paper to use as gift tags. Gingerbread Wishes from our house to yours!
