Salad Part: Combine the broccoli, walnuts & almond toppers.
Dressing: Mix sugar, 2 flavor pouches from the ramen noodles, oil & vinegar together with whisk. Will be very stiff.
When ready to serve, combine salad part and dressing with uncooked ramen noodles.
