Ingredients
- 4 cups or Cauliflower florets (one head using the top)
- 1 1/2 tsp I can't believe it's not butter or Smart balance
- 1 oz of fat-free half & half
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Steam or Microwave cauliflower until soft.
2. put in blender (or Food Processor)with other ingredients and stir.
Note:Blender will leave texture to recipe. Food processor with make it a smooth consistency.
