Preparation

Cook noodles 10-12 min-drain and rinse with cold water. Lay out on towel. While noodles are cooking fry turkey and italian sausage with onion and garlic. Drain fat when done. Add spag. sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 min. Mix mozz. cheese, ricotta cheese, eggs and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Place 3 noodles in bottom of greased 13x9 pan. PLace 1/3 meat mixture then 1/3 cheese mixture. Repeat 2 more times. Bake 40 min. at 350 degrees.
