Ice Cream Sandwich with Skittles

This is a classic recipe that was handed down from my great grandfather. It is a Polish recipe that was inspired by a prolific baker.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/2 bag of Skittles
  • 1 Hoagie Roll (Preferably TOASTED)

Instructions

1. Spend most of the day baking to warm yourself up (preferably commercial baking)

2. Slice your Hoagie roll lengthwise

3. Toast your roll until crispy

4. Make a salad out of your skittles and Ice Cream on a marble slab

5. Spread your skittle/icecream salad onto your roll

6. Feel free to garnish your sandwich with sprinkles and/or mersh

7. ENJOY!
