Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. While the pan is heating, sprinkle the flesh side of the trout with the cornmeal, salt and pepper, pressing lightly so the cornmeal sticks. Place in the pan, flesh side down, and saute for 4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Top with the parsley. Place the beans into a steamer basket and steam for 5 minutes. Toss with the remaining 1 teaspoon oil, almonds, salt and pepper.
