POUNDED OUT VENISON WITH MEAT TENDERIZER HAMMER. SALT AND PEPPER.LAY PORK SAUSAGE ON TOP OF VENISON.ADD A SPRINKE OF LEMON JUICE AND GARLIC SALT. TAKE YOUR TURKEY BACON AND LAY ON TOP OF THE PORK SAUSAGE. PRESS DOWN AND FLATTEN BACON ,SAUSAGE, WITH YOUR HANDS ON TOP OF VENISON. NOW CUT INTO 1 TO 2 INCHSTRIPS. ROLL UP AND HOLD WITH TOOTHPICKS. TAKE OLIVE OIL AND BRUSH BOTTOM OF COOKING SHEET. PLACE ON SHEET.NOW COOK IN OVEN AT 300 DEGREES FOR 35 TO 45 MINUTES.
