Preparation

Dry fry the coriander seeds, cumin seeds and sesame seeds until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Cool and grind into a powder. Add the tumeric, lemon peel, garlic and olive oil and mix well. Rub into meats and vegetables before grilling.
