Preparation
Boil 2 large sliced potatoes. Coat two halved large tomatoes, a large sliced onion and a pound of Asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill for 15 minutes on the top shelf of the BBQ grill. I like to use a grill tray as it's easier to turn vegetables while cooking.
I add the shrimp, lightly oiled and salted and peppered, again on a tray but on the bottom shelf for the last 5 minutes.
