Ingredients
- 1 6 ounce pkg Pistacio instant pudding
- 1 8 ounce Cool whip topping
- 1 16 ounce Crushed pineapple undrained
- 1 cup Pecans chopped
- 1 cup Minature marshmellows
- 1 10 ounce Maraschino cherries drained, stems removed, and chopped
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the instant pudding and Cool Whip. Add undrained pineapple and stir well. Add pecans, minature marshmellows, and chopped cherries (reserve a few for garnish, if desired), and stir gently to mix. Refrigerate for eight hours before serving.
