Moms Peanut Butter Fudge
1 2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 c. miniature marshmallows
? c. peanut butter
1 c. (6 oz) white chips
1 tsp. Vanilla
Grease 8? square pan. Combine sugar and milk in saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil and boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, peanut butter, white chips, and vanilla (one at a time in the order listed, stirring well after each addition until each ingredient is incorporated). Spread evenly in greased pan. Cool completely before cutting into 1? squares. *Makes 64 1? squares*
