Crock Pot Beef Stew

Traditional Beef Stew the easy way - in a crock pot! You can prepare it the night before and it cooks while you're at work.

Ingredients

1 lb beef cubes I usually cut them even smaller than they come from the grocery
2 medium onions chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 1 16oz can of diced tomatoes
1 tbl tomato paste
1 salt and pepper
1 bay leaf
4 -5 potatoes peeled and cubed
1 cup chopped celery
4 -5 sliced carrots
1 about 1.5 cups water; the water won't increase s

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a crock pot and cook on high or medium (depending on what settings your crock pot has) for at least 6 hours. I usually set mine up when I leave for work and when we get home, dinner is ready.
