Ingredients
- 1 cups iced green tea
- 1 scoop vanilla-flavored milk protein blend powder
- 1 serving of Greens+
- 3 tablespoons low-fat, lactose free plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons whole oats
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (including blueberries strawberries, cherries and raspberries)
Preparation
In a blender, combine the tea, protein blend, Greens+ (if not taking by capsule form), yogurt, and oats and process on high for 1 minute. Add the berries and process for 1 minute.
