Berry Blast Super Shake

I bet you never thought about putting oatmeal in a shake before! This shake provides blood sugar-stabilizing fiber and helps turn this shake into a thick, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cups iced green tea
  • 1 scoop vanilla-flavored milk protein blend powder
  • 1 serving of Greens+
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat, lactose free plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons whole oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (including blueberries strawberries, cherries and raspberries)

Preparation

In a blender, combine the tea, protein blend, Greens+ (if not taking by capsule form), yogurt, and oats and process on high for 1 minute. Add the berries and process for 1 minute.
