Melt chocolate chips. Mix bananas, tofu and chocolate chips together in blender. Blend nuts in coffee grinder or food processor. Place nuts in a bowl and stir maple syrup to make a sticky paste. Take the nut paste and pack it into a pie plate to make the crust. Pour the chocolate tofu banana moose onto the pie crust. Chill in fridge 3 or 4 hours to let the mousse set.
