Fettucine Bolognese

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef (lean if its not lean you will have to drain some of the fat)
  • 1 lb spanish chorizo molido
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 0.5 cup red wine
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce (three cheses tomato & Garlic etc)
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 1 some sazon goya (this i do wihtout measurement ju
  • 1 tsp basil (this varies according to taste)
  • 1 tsp oregano (this varies according to taste)

Preparation

-on a large skillet brown the ground beef and chorizo on medium - high heat

- once brown throw in the olive oil onion, garlic, spices and sugar, let that saute for a while until the onion is see through.

- put tomato sauce red wine and spaghetti sauce let that simmer for a bit on medium high bring to a slight boil

- bring heat down to low and let simmer for about 30 min covered.

- add spices to taste
