Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef (lean if its not lean you will have to drain some of the fat)
- 1 lb spanish chorizo molido
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 0.5 cup red wine
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (three cheses tomato & Garlic etc)
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 some sazon goya (this i do wihtout measurement ju
- 1 tsp basil (this varies according to taste)
- 1 tsp oregano (this varies according to taste)
Preparation
-on a large skillet brown the ground beef and chorizo on medium - high heat
- once brown throw in the olive oil onion, garlic, spices and sugar, let that saute for a while until the onion is see through.
- put tomato sauce red wine and spaghetti sauce let that simmer for a bit on medium high bring to a slight boil
- bring heat down to low and let simmer for about 30 min covered.
- add spices to taste
