Ingredients

Frosting:


Preparation

Mix dry ingredients. Add oil and vanilla and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg. Stir in grated carrots and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes in greased and floured pan (9 x 13 or 2, 9 inch)

Frosting: Cream together cream cheese and butter. Blend in powdered sugar and vanilla.

Add enough milk to make smooth. Stir in nuts.
