Ingredients


Preparation

Mix milk and soup in a large saucepan and stir in hash browns. Bring to a boil on high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to med low and simmer 10 min. Stirring frequently. Ladle into bowls and top with bacon, cheese and onions.
