Viking Casserole Ingredients

1/3 c Onion; chopped 2 c Macaroni; cooked
2 tb Butter 10 oz Peas; frozen
2 tb Flour 6 oz Tuna in water
1 c Milk 1/2 lb Processed American cheese

Instructions for Viking Casserole

Preheat oven to 350? Saute onion in butter. Add flour, stir until blended, add milk and cook until thick. Add cheese, stir until melted. Mix in remaining ingredients and pour in baking dish.
