Ingredients


Preparation

Pick off stems an clean basil well in a bowl of water. Dry basil in a salad spinner. Place basil, garlic, salt, nutmeg, pepper and cheese in a blender or food processor. Do not over blend. Mixture should be coarse in texture. Slowly add oil with processor running. Add nuts last and quickly process again until nuts are ground but are still visable.
