Ingredients
- 2 cups Of Cooked Chopped Chicken
- 1 large Pizza Crust
- 2 cups of Mozzerella Cheese shredded
- 1 cups of Colby Jack Cheese shredded
- 1 med. purple onion sliced
- 1 BBQ Sauce
Preparation
Brush BBQ sauce on pizza dough.
Sprinkle chicken on dough and add cheeses and top with sliced onions. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes.
To make Pizza dough, mix 2 cups bread flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 Tbls. white sugar, 2 Tbls. Dry milk powder 1 Tbls. softened butter 1 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast, and 3/4 c.very warm water. I mix everything in my Kitchenaid Mixer and knead till smooth. Let rise for about 30 minutes. Then roll out on a lightly greased cookie sheet. This makes a very large pizza.
