1. Brown ribs in frypan
2. Place ribs in alfoil line pan in a single layer
3. Melt margarine and brown onion
4. Add remaining incredients along with 1 1/2 cups of water
5. Simmer for 20 minutes
6. Pour over ribs and cover pan with foil
7. Bake for 3 hours at 135 degrees
