Cinnamon swirl bread
Mix yeast with water until it bubbles. Let set 5 minutes.
Mix milk, oil, sugar (1 cup), salt, eggs, oats, yeast, and 2 cups flour with a mixer.
Add remaining flour and knead 10 minutes.
Put in greased bowl; let rise 1 hour. Punch down. Take out of bowl and lay on board. Place bowl over dough and let rest for 10 minutes.
Mix Cinnamon sugar (3/4 cup) and set aside for next step.
Divide the dough in half. Roll dough out ( the thinner the more swirls in the bread) and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon and sugar mixture over the rolled out dough. Roll up tightly and place in large (10") non stick or greased bread pan and let rise for 45 minutes. Repeat process for remaining half of dough.
Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
Be careful when removing the loaves and placing on cooling rack - the cinnamon sugar mixture will be liquified and may be leaking from the ends of the loaves - this will cause severe burns if it comes in contact with your skin.
