1. Blend all dry ingredients together in large bowl by hand.
2. Cut in butter until you have small pea size. ( you should be able to make a ball of it firm in your palm and when slightly touched it falls apart ) thats how you know its just right.
3. Add in buttermilk a littkle at a time, its possible you may need tio add a tad bit more. , carefully mix this together..
REMEMBER!!! the trick to great biscuits is to play with the dough as little as possible...
4. Now turn dough out on a floured surface and carefully roll it out to a quarter to 1/2 inch thick, using biscuit cutter, cut out biscuits and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
5. Let rest 10 minutes, place on oven and bake 15- 20 minutes at 375 degrees, or until internal temp is 195 degrees.
6. Butter tops when they come out and let cool a bit. enjoy!!
