The Cake
=========
Mix the first 6 ingridients (Margarin/Butter, Water, Cocoa, Eggs, Baking soda, Self raising flour), together in the mixer.
Greese a 9x11 Pan, pour mixture and bake at 350? for 20 minutes (make sure a toothpick stuck in the middle of the cake comes out dry).
When the cake is still hot, cut it into squers (should be 4 x 5).
The Topping
===========
In a small pan bring the next 3 ingridients (Cocoa, Sugar, Water) to boil.
When it starts bubbling add the Margarin/Butter, and once it melted and blended in, remove from heat.
Pour the hot topping on top of the cake
You may top with colored sprinkles or fine coconut flakes.
