A great way to eat "fried" chips and eat healthy at the same time. Serve these with wings or sliders as a side or as an appetizer as shown.
Preheat oven to 425. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Slice zucchini and place in a bowl with the milk.
Dredge slices in bread crumb mixture and place on sheet pan lightly sprayed with oil.
Bake for 30 minutes turning over once at 15 minutes.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
